Butter....buttermilk ?

Buttermilk is the liquid left over after producing butter from
full- cream milk during the churning process.
It has a slightly sour taste. Many breads are made with

buttermilk, and it is also used in creamy soups and sauces.

Dan yah...didalamnya gak ada butter .

Rasanya asem-asem klo dicampur sama salad. Kalau dicampur dengan adonan cake ato cookie bisa menghasilkan texture yang lembut membelai lidah...

Pengganti buttermilk and konversinya

• 1 cup buttermilk = 1 cup yogurt
• 1 cup buttermilk = 1 cup susu segar PLUS 1 sendok makan vinegar/cuka atau perasan lemon (aduk dan biarkan 10-15 menit )
• 1 cup buttermilk = 1 cup susu segar PLUS 1-3/4 sendok teh cream of tartar
• 1 cup buttermilk = 1 cup air PLUS 4 sendok makan buttermilk bubuk
• 1 cup buttermilk = 1/4 cup susu PLUS 3/4 cup yogurt
• 1 cup buttermilk = 8.5 ounces
• 1 cup buttermilk = 242 grams
